MAIN STAGE

A former car park turned open-air arena for the biggest names, loud enough to be heard from the ferries.

THE ROOM

Twelve thousand people in a natural amphitheatre of tarmac and river. The stage faces the water so the sound rolls out over the quay and the light rig reflects off it — from the back rows, the whole thing looks like it's floating.

Headliners play 75 to 90 minutes with full production. The bowl fills from the front, so the patient get the rail and the late get the view — there genuinely isn't a bad spot.
