THE PIER

A timber jetty over the water with the sunset behind the band, made for the acts you will be talking about next summer.

THE ROOM

A wooden stage at the very edge of the quay, facing the river. The band plays into the sunset; the crowd stands with the water at their backs. It holds 2,500 people and every one of them is close.

The Pier goes quiet at 23:00 so the water stays calm — no exceptions, no encores past the hour. That deadline makes every set tighter, and the walk back up the quay afterwards is half the magic.
